I am a 22/female and a server. It feels like my shoulder is pulling on my neck, my elbow to my wrist is tingling, and my. I have had pain in my shoulder for allittle over a year now. The pain goes off and on for months.and is numb and fingers are tingling. When I move my shoulder around there is a popping sound. The pain gets so bad I can’t sleep or even stay still.
